Esta típica casa mallorquina de piedra natural "Sa Finqueta" situada en las afueras del encantador pueblo de Sóller, en un lugar tranquilo y con unas vistas a las montañas de la Sierra de Tramuntana que enamoran a cualquier visitante.Es una casa familiar, orientada a personas que quieran pasar unos días de manera muy tranquila y relajante (está prohibido hacer fiestas o eventos).
Este alojamiento ofrece privacidad, un jardín maravilloso con césped, huerto de naranjos, limoneros y otros frutales, una piscina maravillosa y excelentes vistas a la Serra de Tramuntana (patrimonio de la humanidad).

Disponibilidad y precios
Para reservar su estancia (una vez la solicitud aprobada), se requiere un pago por el importe de 2 noches. El resto del pago se realizará posteriormente junto con una fianza de 150€ que se le devolverá al final de su estancia si no hay daños en la propiedad.

This accommodation offers privacy, a wonderful garden with lawn, orange, lemon and other fruit trees, a wonderful swimming pool and excellent views of the Serra de Tramuntana (World Heritage Site).

Availability and prices
To reserve your stay (once the application is approved), a payment in the amount of 2 nights is required. The rest of the payment will be made later together with a deposit of 150€ which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if there is no damage to the property.
